Looking at screens as much as most people do today is just not easy on your eyes. To give your eyes the rest they deserve, try adopting the 20-20-20 routine this year. All you have to do is focus your eyes on something at least 20 feet away for 20 seconds every 20 minutes while you're using your computer - that's only a little longer than a 15secTech Instagram ep, so you know you've got the time for it! This routine helps reduce your eye strain by changing up the muscles you're using to focus your eyes instead of just looking at the same place a couple of feet from your face all day long.
